How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the contents of your order, the delivery method, the delivery address, and your order number. This email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder, so be sure to check these folders before contacting us. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to contact@addisongeneva.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched by our center, you will automatically receive a confirmation email including the shipment details of your package.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times via the standard shipping agency are as follows:
- Switzerland: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 5-7 business days
- Rest of the World: 7-16 business days
Delivery times via UPS shipping agency are as follows:
- Europe: 1-5
- Rest of the World: 1-5
Why haven't I received my order within the initially estimated timeframe?
Please check the following before contacting our customer service:
- Verify that you have received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
- Consult the tracking information included in your shipment confirmation email using the relevant link.
- Check emails, phone calls, and delivery attempt cards from any couriers. It is possible that your package is being held at a depot awaiting collection or redelivery.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If your order has not yet been packed by our center, we can still modify your delivery address. Please contact us directly via email so we can correct your details. Please include your order number to speed up the process.
When will I receive my refund / exchange?
It usually takes 2 to 6 business days for your package to be returned to our center and up to 15 business days for the return to be processed. You will be notified by email once the funds have been credited to your account or your exchange has been shipped. In case of a refund, please note that it may take up to 5-6 business days for your account to be credited depending on each financial institution. If you paid by bank transfer, our customer service team will contact you to obtain your IBAN for the refund.
How much does shipping cost
At Addison, all standard shipping is free! Our deliveries are managed by La Poste and their local partners, ensuring reliable service no matter your destination country.
For those needing faster delivery, we offer an express option with UPS. This service has an additional cost, calculated based on the product’s weight, package dimensions, and geographical zone. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout so you can choose the best option for your delivery.

Duties and Taxes
Sales tax is already included in the displayed price of goods on the website, except for international shipments from Switzerland.
All shipments may be subject to import charges (such as duties, customs tariffs, and VAT), which are determined by the destination country or region. These fees are based on the country of origin or manufacturing of the purchased goods, as well as their classification, and are applied once your package reaches its destination.
TA Textiles Addison SA does not collect duties and taxes at checkout and cannot estimate what your specific charges may be. If these additional charges are incurred, they must be paid for your package to clear customs.
For more details regarding customs policies, please contact your local customs office. We use the package weight and product shipping restrictions to select the appropriate carrier for your order.
Dispatch Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during business hours, except on national holidays.
How do I choose the right size?
A size guide is available on each product page, above the description and below the size selection. Measure a similar garment to the one you are interested in on a flat surface using a measuring tape and compare the measurements with those in our size guide.
