Refund policy

30 days to return or exchange

You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to request a return or a size exchange.

How to return an item

1. Email us at contact@addisongeneva.com, or message us on WhatsApp at +41 79 751 43 01, with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
2. Once your request is accepted, we send you the return instructions.
3. Send your parcel to:

   Please include the order invoice in your parcel.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who arranges the shipment. If you live outside Switzerland, please allow extra time for your parcel to reach us. Customs duties and import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, in their original packaging and with the order invoice.

Size exchanges

To exchange for a different size, let us know when you request your return. Return shipping is at your expense; we ship your new item at our own cost as soon as we receive your returned parcel.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. If approved, you are refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@addisongeneva.com.

Non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards, and made-to-measure or personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Warranty

We accept valid warranty claims within 90 days of receiving your items. After assessing the issue, we repair or replace the defective item, or offer an appropriate solution.
